SHIPPING

All orders are processed same day if received by 1pm EST, all later orders will process the next business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. As eco-conscious brand most of our products are made to order in order to minimise waste, so we need 2 weeks for handmade manufacturing in order to pack the products. We despatch your order after 2 weeks of it’s placement. When placing your order, please confirm that shipping address, billing and payment information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipment. We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

We offer free shipping for all domestic orders. In case of international orders shipping fee is 5 EUR for all orders up to72 EUR amount. For orders from and above 73 EUR amount within the European Union the shipping fee is 20 EUR, rest of the world is 40 EUR. Both cases we ship our products with the assistance of Magyar Posta (Hungarian Post Office).

In case of international shipments your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs taxes & duties are not included in your shipping fee. BODO cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. If you refuse a shipment from BODO, you are responsible for the amount of the official shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to BODO. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded. If your order has been sent to a destination within Hungary, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside Hungary, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through BODO. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES / CANCELLATIONS / MODIFICATIONS

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

We offer returns/exchanges for all purchases as long as requested and shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.

PLEASE NOTE - All “Sale Items” are FINAL SALE (no returns/exchanges). 

NOTE:  BODO will not accept a return on merchandise that has been worn, washed or is missing original tags. Please be cautious of any makeup/deodorant marks on merchandise, as we will not grant a return on damaged items. We have the right to deny any return if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

For returns and exchanges please send a return or exchange request with order number within 14 days of receipt of your order to e-mail address contact.bodo@gmail.com. Package all returnable items with original tags still attached. Products might be returned to us with the all original boxes, instructions/documents wrappings, unworn, unwashed. We don’t accept any online return which has not been authorized. You will receive a confirmation email once we successfully receive your items back at the warehouse.

All returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In case of wrong product(s) sent to the customer, returns shipping costs would be the responsibility of BODO. We suggest sending returns via a traceable shipping method as BODO is not responsible returns that are not received.

BODO will refund customers up to 7 days after receiving return, via the same payment method used for purchase.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We do not accept returns/exchanges of any kind for international orders.
